Make peace with food through nervous system support, reconnect with your hunger and fullness cues, and become naturally lean without food taking over your life.

Work With Me

Tracking every bite, obsessing over your body, and micromanaging your protein isn’t how naturally lean women eat…and staying lean shouldn’t require thinking about food all damn day.

You want to order what sounds good, enjoy your meal, feel satisfied, and move on with your day. When you picture being “naturally lean,” that’s part of what you’re craving—the ease of eating without constantly managing it.

But after years of tracking, choosing the lowest-calorie option, and worrying about gaining weight, stepping away from those rules can feel overwhelming. Even when the bingeing stops, the food anxiety can linger.

That’s where our work begins. Together, we explore the food rules, emotional patterns, stress, and habits that keep eating feeling complicated. Through practical nutrition support, somatic exercises, and gentle practice noticing hunger, fullness, and satisfaction, you can begin building more trust in yourself around food.

So you can enjoy the burger, order the pizza, and make room for dessert—with more confidence in knowing what you want and when you’ve had enough.

You can care about your body and have weight goals while working toward a life where food takes up less space. That’s what I guide women toward.

Eating shouldn’t take this much mental energy…

For years, I struggled with bingeing, body image, and the fear of gaining weight. Even after I got the bingeing under control, food still took up so much of my life.

I tracked everything. I needed to know exactly what was in my meals so I could hit my macros. At restaurants, I ordered whatever fit my numbers instead of what actually sounded good. I could eat huge amounts of low-calorie food and still never feel satisfied.

I wanted the ease I associated with being “naturally lean”—enjoying a meal and moving on without replaying every bite.

Things started changing when I began practicing somatic exercises, supporting my nervous system, and learning to recognize my hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues. I started paying attention to how eating felt instead of relying only on what an app told me.

Eventually, I deleted my tracking apps. I started enjoying burgers, real pizza, and cookies with ice cream. Now, when we go out, I order what sounds good—and I’m learning to recognize when I’ve had enough without needing a calorie total to decide for me.

That experience shapes the work I do today. I bring together nutrition support, body awareness, and practical tools to help women build a calmer relationship with food—one with more enjoyment, more trust, and more room for the rest of their lives.

Hi, I’m Kristine…a Registered Dietitian who knows how exhausting it is to constantly think about food.

What if food felt easy—and didn’t take up so much of your life?

You want to feel comfortable in your body. But you’re tired of tracking every bite, fighting cravings, and thinking about food even after you’ve finished eating.

Imagine if you could…

Keep your favorite snacks in the house without constantly thinking about them—or feeling like you have to finish them.

Feel satisfied after meals, instead of feeling full but still searching for something else.

Trust your hunger and fullness cues without needing an app to tell you whether you’ve eaten enough.

Enjoy dinners out, vacations, and meals with your kids without planning how you’ll “make up for it” tomorrow.

Work toward your weight goals without falling back into restriction, bingeing, and another Monday restart.

Spend less time negotiating with yourself about food and more time being present for the life happening around you.

That’s what we work toward inside Free & Fed: understanding what’s driving your food noise and building the skills to respond, so eating can feel calmer, more satisfying, and less consuming.
